What type of insurance do you provide?
We provide our own Commercial General Liability & Liquor Liability Insurance.
Who provides the alcohol or beverages?
In South Carolina, the purchase of alcohol must be separate from our bar rental service. Luckily, we are here to help you! We will easily guide you through what’s currently available and assist in beverage selections and how much to order to make sure you don’t run out of booze during your special event. Typically, beverage selections need to be made approximately one month out from the date of your event.
Does the host need to provide anything special for Booze Buggy?
Since Booze Buggy is compact and mobile, it can fit in most indoor and outdoor spaces with a minimum 6’ wide opening. To keep your beverages cold, we do need to connect to a standard 120V electric outlet. If an outlet is not readily accessible, we can provide a Honda 3000 quiet inverter generator for a small fee.
What is your payment and refund policy?
We require a 50% deposit upon signing the rental agreement to secure your event date. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days in advance of the event. We accept cash, credit cards, mobile payment apps, or personal checks. Refunds may be issued if a cancellation occurs at least 60 days prior to your event date or we will gladly work with you to reschedule for a different available date.
Are your bartender’s certified?
Yes, our bartenders are TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) certified.
What is Bottle Service?
We also offer a separate stand alone handcrafted wood bar to accompany Booze Buggy. This bar can be used to serve mixed cocktails or bottles of wine. Mixers and Garnishes can be added to suit your cocktails. Depending upon the size of your event, an additional bartender may be needed to increase the flow of beverages.
Can we decorate the Booze Buggy ourselves for our event?
We want your event to be special and customized but do not allow outside decorations on Booze Buggy by others. We will provide additional decorations, such as floral garland, or balloon garland for an additional fee. Let us know what you have in mind and we can make it happen.
